the parts are too large to fit as described in the instructions. the instructions are incorrect. you have to remove the rear panel of the dryer to install the vent ducts - but the instructions do not state that. poor quality instruction photographs include perspectives not seen when following the instructions. samsung has failed to address prior complaints, projecting the parts are too large to fit as described in the instructions. the instructions are incorrect. you have to remove the rear panel of the dryer to install the vent ducts - but the instructions do not state that. poor quality instruction photographs include perspectives not seen when following the instructions. samsung has failed to address prior complaints, projecting complete indifference.

for the price, they could've done a better job with fitment. you have to use more duct tape than you'll feel comfortable with. i'm only recommending because there's no other choice that i know of.

literature and websites advertise venting left & right. owner's manual does not address the issue and installation instructions for the kit fail to do so, as well. not what i expect from samsung.

Dryer works well. Has a lot of options and drying times vary depending on the load type you select. The issue for me so far is on/off button which requires you to press at a certain angle for it to come on, took me a couple of times until I discovered you had to press it firmly for a couple of seconds. So far love it!
