Hard to deep clean

We bought the range 3 years ago. Over the years it has been getting more and more difficult to clean the surfaces in and around the aluminum gas distributors. Also, we routinely clean the control knobs themselves. Up until now the knobs cleaned up fine with soap, water and a dish rag. This last time, the foil covering on the knobs, 3 out of 5 sluffed off the plastic knob itself. This is a design flaw beyond cosmetic, these knobs are one of the most used items on the stove. See photo of degradation of the foil covering.I want 5 new knobs sent to me immediately at no cost From what gathered from the ‘help’ site, this is a registered complaint from many owners.As a product designer, and owner, this information is provided so to improve your product(s).I refuse to pay $23.00-per knob because of a poorly designed, non-functioning part that is used most frequently.

We love our black stainless oven and how quickly it heats up! Our only complaints are that we wish it would have came with a griddle and we wish there was an even lower heat setting for all burners. It is HOT! But it is a great oven and gets used frequently for dessert baking and it does a great job!

Great purchase, so far it has been easy to use, but I can seem to figure out how to use the timer, I even watched a utube video, I also have a Frigidaire microwave so for now I use the time on it instead.

This is a really nice upgrade from our old electric range. It works well and looks great, clean up is easy with a little Spray Away.My only complaint is that the lowest temperature setting in convection mode is 300F. There is no guidance on the Frigidaire website regarding minimum/maximum settings, something that's easily added to the specifications. You would cook a prime rib at 225F in convection.
