we bought this in November and we hate it. It is so touchy and it decides when to stop, not that all the clothes are dry. What a pain in the but, we both wish we hadn't bought it. The repairman will be back again in the next couple of weeks.

I'm a guy and have hated doing laundry. I got this and its a whole different experience. Its real easy to use, lots of customization, and really like the steam dry the most to freshen up shirts that I forgot to Iron. I used to go to cleaners, because old Dryer would make dress shirts wrinkled so bad it would take forever to Iron. With the steam feature, stuff doesn't come out perfect, and dress shirts maybe need a 1 to 2 min touch up ironing, such that i don't use the dry cleaners anymore and save money annually.

Called repair man because the soap dispenser filled up with water every time we used it. Maytag customer service informed the technician that it was normal and we just have to empty every time. I am really disappointed! My previous Maytag I had for more that 25 years with no problems. I would gladly take it back. We also have to wait for the washer to start because often it will show locked, but does NOT start. Very frustrating!!!!

I have had my Dryer for about 3 weeks and what a difference in my clothes. Love the Wrinkle Control Cycle and Steam!!! No iron for me yet!!
