Useless device and useless support

support took around 2.5 hrs and couldn't help me connect to wifi. they were not sure what app to use. a couple of them told me to use an app that goes out of service next month. the vacuum itself doesn't work by any means. if i use it manually, it randomly turns. when i let it clean on its own, it sometimes stops in the middle of a room with nothing in front of it and says it is blocked. sometimes times when it meets an actual obstacle like a wall or the magnetic tape, it turns 180° and goes in reverse, climbing over the obstacle that it is not supposed to. yes, it tries climbing the walls! it goes to a 45° vertical angle before getting off the wall. the only pro is that it is better designed for cleaning the dust than its older models.

i love my powerbot r9250, i have a belgian malinois for my service dog. her name is zena, she sheds alot, if it wasn't for my vacuum my house would be a mess. i'm disabled with bad knees and back so it helps alot with cleaning the floors. i recommend it to all my military buddies.

we have had our bot for a while now! it worked well when we first purchased it. i braged to all my friends how it was the best thing i ever purchased. it help keep my house clean with 4 dogs. we didn’t use it for about a year while we were building our new house. well now it seems like it is lost. it will clean for a little while (1 minute or 2) than say end and tey to go back to its docing station which it could never find. it had a full battery when it does this. it was so expensive and my husband had been trying reading the manual to tey and fix it but all the trouble shooting doesnt fix it! we are about to give up! now i would not recommend it to anyone.

Frustrating to get set up but worth it.

this had me pulling my hair trying to get it set up to use the wireless smart home functionality but once i dug through the samsung support articles and found out that i needed to put my smartphone in airplane mode then turn on wifi it connected it's been fine since. it doesn't seem to like shelves. it just repeatedly beats into them. i'll have to mark them with the boundary striping. i have 2 long haired dogs and it does a fair job of keeping up with them. it definitely seems to do better than some of my friends puck vacuums.

Frustrating to get set up but worth it.
