Cleaned Pretty Well, but Annoyed and Broke

this vacuum plays the full ost star wars theme every time it turns on and finishes cleaning. there is no volume control or way of deactivating that. samsung would not accept a return, despite being within 30days of purchase. we were stuck with it, but decided to make the best of it. it broke at just over a year old. the beater bars no longer turn and just click very loudly like plastic gears are grinding. tried multiple times to get help fixing it or sending it to samsung, and was told to call home depot or lowes. when it ran, it did a great job cleaning things, but for the money, i'd recommend a roomba. we got the roomba 675. it does everything this did and more, for about the same price.

would give it zero stars if i could. i called samsung for help but they were no help. constantly stops working. never returns to base.

this thing plays the star wars thing continuously until it finds its home. annoying beyond belief. cleaned well until it broke @ 1yr.

malfunctions, can't find charging stations not really map the floor sensor works sometimes kept knocking into gate to my fire place & the vac got damaged when it knocked over the gate waste money

makes a great alarm clock / robot buddy!

i did not receive any incentive. it's a good product and it doesn't spy on you. middle button turns on 24 hour repeat mode.
