this is the first time i use a washing machine without an agitator and i find that the drum turns/works slow. i am aware that it is supposed to be gentle on your clothes by washing against each other but it is a bit slow compared to what i've been used to. i cannot adjust the cycle time unless i use a manual selection which defeats the purpose of being able to used the correct feature for different washes (cycle for many options are too long). i like the fact that it does not use a lot of water but you have an option to deep fill). i am still getting used to it.

i've been using my new top load washer for about a month now. my last washer was a front load which i liked but i do not miss the bad smell of the front load! this washer capacity is huge! i was able to wash a 3'x5' rug in it last night with no problem. i have not had a need to use the pre treat feature yet. i like how if i overfill the fabric softener, the washer dumps the excess into the wash with detergent so that i always have just the right amount of softener. this is by far the best washer i've ever had!

have had the washer for 7 months, have had two service calls to repair issue. washer leaks water all of laundry floor and has stain walls. 1st repair stated it was drain hose, replaced still leaks. 2nd repair scheduled tomorrow to replace water intake. replaced older, other name brand set that i had for 7 years with no issues. would not recommend
