less than three months after purchasing this washer, it breaks down and needs repair. i've been without a washer for 2 weeks and will need to wait another 2 for the broken part to arrive and be replaced. thanks samsung

The machine itself works, as described, and cleans well. The washer runs very quiet performs well, and does the job! Should I find something to complain about it would be 2 things.....1. It is not Bluetooth or wifi compatible, no matter what the book or reviews for specs say.....2. the "pick a water level" states it has default but does not follow such. Other than those 2 minow complaints, it is a great machine!

I will say I was a bit frustrated at first. Took almost two months to get my machine and when we did, we received the wrong machine so we had to wait another week and a half to get the correct piece. Once installed and going, the machine is great. Runs quiet, clothes are clean, and gets the job done as you would want and expect. Only issue we have sometimes is jeans come out extremely wrinkled, but that is probably just me. I would definitely buy again.

This washer was very easy to install and setup. This washer has very large 4.4 cu ft capacity that can handle the largest loadest you can throw at it. The large capacity and extra high water level you can clean a ton of clothes or thoroughly wash blankets. The ActiveWave agitator is pretty quiet and way more powerful compared to my old one. This washer has vibration reduction technology and seems to work pretty well it is very quite. The active waterjet feature is so handy for someone like me with a toddler. So many stains but with the active water jet I can easily pretreat items on the fly. There are 10 preset cycles one of every need. (maybe talk about the cycles a little more) The soft close lid is awesome when your in a hurry and can quickly have to close the top without slamming it. The aelfclean function is very useful because even if i forget to run that cycle the washer will remind me.
