LG Appliances 2.3 cu.ft. Smart wi-fi Enabled Compact All-In-One Washer/Dryer

Really love the simplicity of having one machine with 2 features. The drying feature works great if you follow LGs guidelines for best performance. Ideal for small spaces and yet good looking too.

I have been using an LG front load washing machine and overall I am satisfied with its basic functions and have no major complaints. After a little over two years of use the drain pump malfunctioned causing drainage issues. I contacted customer service for assistance and making a service appointment over the phone was easy. The service technician arrived on the scheduled date and time and within 30 minutes they replaced the faulty part completing the repair. LGs service was excellent as expected. Additionally if you purchase the washing machine from Costco you will receive both the manufacturers warranty and the Costco warranty providing a combined 2-year extended warranty. This is worth considering as it offers two years of free warranty repairs. In my case the breakdown occurred a little after the extended warranty period had expired so I had to pay for the repairs. However the cost was approximately 1/10th of the washing machines price which wasnt too expensive considering the overall process from booking to repair.

Weve had this piece of crap for less than two years followed the manufacturers recommendations even had a technician out once to repair the drain pump and it still doesnt work the way its supposed to. Now its out of warranty and the drain is malfunctioning again. My recommendation is to not waste your time or money with this model or anything that LG manufacturers. Every LG device weve every owned has been horrible including the TVs.

I bought my washer and dryer combo machine a year ago and it was working fine until its stopped running. So I setup an appointment to fix the problem trough the LG smart app. On the next day I got call from LG technician and confirmed the problem with my washer. He came on time and fixed my washer and he explained what we did wrong with setup and also explained the cause of the broken washer without any charge. Overall my experience about the washer and dryer combo is ok. I like how washer is working clean the clothes and it has a lot good washing option but I dont like how drying is working because it takes long time to dry out and you have to put little clothes on it to get completely dried clothes.

Ive had it for about 2 years. Easy to use. Works great for limited space. I did just have to replace the pump motor $$$$. Make sure you buy an extended warranty. I did not.
