Not a fan of the 3 tier

I had the icon dishwasher before this when we built our house. LOVED IT. It had LOTs of space with the 2 standard tiers and they were adjustable. Got a new one, another one of their top models however this one has the third tier at the top. Not a fan AT ALL. It’s hardly useful without spatulas etc hitting the top and not fitting. Then the third tier took space away from the rest of the dishwasher racks and my normal size dinner plates won’t fit without the fan above them hitting it. Therefore - not working properly. I’m so irritated. So, yes, I figured out I can adjust the middle rack to move up and allow space for my plates, but now my typical 16oz glasses will not fit on the main top rack. Ridiculous design. I am soooo irritated with my dishwasher not fitting basic dishes now the way a standard dishwasher should. What a pain. Don’t fall for the glamour of a 3rd rack! You’ll pay for it elsewhere, trust me.

Works great, but issue with the interior light.

Overall happy with its performance. Super simple to use. Love the racks. Top rack is something I never knew I'd need and end up loving in a dishwasher. The only issue I have with this particular dishwasher is the light on the inside came loose/ detached which allowed water to get into the basin/ internal area just 3 months into having it. While it was a fairly simple fix, if it continues to happen it'll be terribly inconvenient because you have to remove the dishwasher to fix it. If not for this, I would give an easy 5 stars.

I am very happy with my dishwasher! Love that a light comes on when I open the door. Love the very top rack!
