Bought this last summer when my OLD refrigerator stopped, love the style and color

Whenn the delivery guys tried to plug in my new refrigerator, we found that the supply cord was only about 2 feet long and wouldn't reach the outlet. All the wires and motor are protected by a flimsy 12 inch piece of cardboard also. Unit looks great in my kitchen, eeven though it is unable to be leveled properly, it runs quieter than previous refrigerator, and it is keeping my food cold.

This fridge started going downhill after just four years. When I went to Frigidaire for help, they said it was my problem and were very rude and disrespectful, and they could not believe I thought their product should last more than even one year. Disappointed because I bought this brand because I was under the impression that they had quality appliances and good customer service. I regret that decision and will look elsewhere next time.

Only have had it 4 years and lots of things have broken on it- the crispers, the rails for the crispers, the dairy door, the handles. It leaks water in to the fridge, I assume from defrosting the freezer. I have a cup to catch it, but my guess is that the line to the bottom of the fridge is clogged. Fixing everything on it would cost more than getting a new one. One of the worst fridges I have ever owned.

This is a good solid fridge for the money. Have no problem since new.
